Welcome to the launch of a new community hub here on Hive. What a better way to emerge through a blockchain takeover followed by a worldwide pandemic.
Year 2020: We will never Forget!
To be honest, witnessing the world change for good or bad is something I thought I would never see in my lifetime.
I've sat around now for months hoping someone would create this community in STEEM, I rarely step forward myself but moving to Hive it was time to come out of my comfort zone and get this going.
Here we can share our stories, experiences, events, meet ups, or just ramble about anything that relates to this small nation of ours. You don't have to live here to participate in this community.
Rules for this community will eventually be added as time goes by when there is a need, but at the moment you would be added as a member after your first post here once I get a chance to view it.

It's been impossible for me to get out and do what I enjoy the most, and that is cycling. So here is a picture of my road bike, looking sad on another calm hot sunny day because of the pandemic.
I'll end this post with a time-lapse video I made 2 years ago, on the beach beside Petone Rowing Club, Wellington. It was a 4k 25fps experiment, I didn't expect to get anything useful but it turned out pretty good.
