I just finished a 45.3km cycling that lasted about 1hh:33mm:45ss !
It was an windy morning and riding into the wind was going to give us a challenging workout. There was only 12 riding this morning and we ended up splitting the group, as some wanted to concentrate on hill climbs. Our group went from Ngauranga Gorge to the bays around Eastbourne.
20mins into the ride I got a nose bleed (as you can see from the last picture). Totally annoying, it was leaking of and on for the rest of the ride.
