I just finished a 58.866km cycling that lasted about 3hh:37mm:47ss !
I was about to head out for my normal Saturday morning USO Group ride, when I got the call from my little brother to install his new Oven. 3 screwdrivers, a pair of long nose pliers and a multimeter placed into my cycling kit then I headed to his place, 14 km's away (tracking not included). Only took 25 mins to remove the old, remove new from packaging, install new into place, wire and test. A quick coffee then off to do a solo ride north-ish, destination to be determined as I ride.
Akatarawa Cemetery is where I decided to go, to visit the wife's parents. An easy ride on a nice sunny day, there was quite a few cyclists was out on the roads as well, more mountain bike riders than road cyclists.
Not far from this cemetery is a brilliant swimming hole, we used to come here in our teen years during summer, it is still a very popular swimming place.
