I just finished a 23.624 km cycling that lasted about 1hh:9mm:6ss !
official bibs and other giveaways
Once again the "Round the Bays Race" is here, I've entered both granddaughter and grandson so it should be fun. We will be doing the 6.5 km course, this coming Sunday. Check out the official Wellington Round the Bays website.
Of course, I had to go into the heart of Wellington City to pick up the 3 Race Bibs from some sporting outfit. Which is something I rarely do, and got completely lost. I thought I knew the streets but alas no, 40 minutes later I opened up Google Maps. I was only 1.6 km away but that's OK, I enjoyed the walk. The Beehive (NZ Parliament Building) looked nice in the sunshine.
